Rates, Insurance & Payment for Clinical Services
I believe you should understand the financial investment involved in your care before beginning services. Below you will find information about session rates, insurance, payment options, scheduling, and cancellation policies.
What Are Your Rates?
Therapy Rates
Individual Therapy
55 minutes — $175
Insurance may be available for eligible individual psychotherapy services through a third-party administrative partner.
Please inquire when scheduling if you would like to explore your insurance options.
Couples Therapy
55 minutes — $225
85 minutes — $275
Couples therapy is private pay. A superbill may be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.
Extended sessions may be recommended when additional time would support the work.
Clinical Covenant Intensives
Half-Day Intensive
4 hours — $1,500
Full-Day Intensive
7 hours with breaks — $2,500
Clinical Covenant Intensives are private-pay psychotherapy services and require a consultation and pre-intensive screening.

Marriage and Relationship Coaching
Available to couples in any state nationwide
Make a Better Marriage Private Coaching Program
6 sessions — $2,200
Includes pre-coaching questionnaire, six 60-minute sessions, personalized between-session practices, progress tracking, and a final marriage growth summary. Payment plans available.
Maintenance Coaching Session
60 minutes — $350
Available to couples who have completed a coaching program.
Coaching is a nonclinical service available to couples in any state. It does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders and does not establish a psychotherapy relationship.

Premarital Counseling Package — Georgia and Texas
5 structured sessions — $900
Includes Prepare/Enrich assessment and written premarital summary. Available via telehealth to couples in Georgia and Texas.
Premarital Coaching Package — Nationwide
5 structured sessions — $900
Available to engaged couples in any state.

HSA and FSA eligibility varies by service and individual plan. Please confirm eligibility with your benefits administrator.
Scheduling & Availability
All services are currently provided through secure telehealth.
Appointments may be available:
- mornings
- daytime
- evenings
- select Saturdays
Clinical Covenant Intensives are scheduled separately because they require an extended block of reserved time.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a standard therapy appointment.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
A one-time emergency exception may be considered when circumstances are beyond your control.
Intensive Cancellation Policy
Clinical Covenant Intensives have a separate cancellation and rescheduling policy because several hours are reserved exclusively for one couple.
Deposit and cancellation terms will be provided before your intensive is confirmed.
Good Faith Estimate
Clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance for healthcare services may have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
Additional financial information will be provided before services begin.
