Do You Accept Insurance?
We are not in network with any insurance provider. We can provide a superbill for you to file as a claim to your insurance company.
What are Your Rates?
Individual Session: $155 (each session is 50 minutes)
Couples Session: $200 (each session is 50 minutes)
For additional time whether telehealth or phone additional rates may apply.
What Forms of Payments Do You Accept?
For payments we accept debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We accept most HSA and FSA cards, while we recommend you call your account representative to verify your eligibility.
What Are Your Office Hours?
We have a variety of appointment slots ranging from morning to late evening and also Saturday. All sessions are conducted online. Please let us know, if you need a certain time for your session and we’ll try and accommodate you as much as possible.
How Do I Schedule an Appointment?
You can schedule a session by clicking on the Appointment link or by calling 817-456-4893. We are not always able to answer the phone, please leave a message and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
If you are unable to attend a session, make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. Each client is given one grace appointment for cases of emergency.
